Welcome back to another jolly Friday. By the title, you know that I have prepared a simple banana bread recipe for you to enjoy. This banana bread is diary free and made with only a few ingredients. You can read the post and/or watch the video at the end of the post.
Simple Banana Bread Recipe (Dairy-free)
- 1 tsp Baking soda
- 1½ cup All-purpose flour
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- ¼ tsbp Salt
- 1 cup Granulated sugar
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract (or banana extract)
- 4 tbsp Melted butter
- 3 bananas
- 1 egg
Mash bananas until they form a pasty texture.
Add egg, melted butter, granulated sugar, vanilla extract to the mashed bananas. Mix together before adding the next ingredients.
Add all purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt, then mix all together until the ingredients have all been incorporated. Try not to overmix the batter to prevent a stretchy, chewy texture.
Bake in the oven for 35 to 55 minutes or until inserted toothpick comes out clean.
Your banana bread is ready to munch. Enjoy!!!
