Nigerian Coconut Fried Rice Recipe

Well today, I decided to bring you one of the simple ways of making Nigerian Coconut Fried Rice. For the meat stock, it is pretty basic. I boiled my chicken using stock cubes, salt, onion powder, curry powder, thyme, ginger, garlic, chilli powder and bay leaves. For my coconut rice, I use coconut milk, coconut flakes and coconut oil most of the time which I think is a great combination. I noticed many people don’t really use coconut flakes but sweetened coconut flakes
